POLICIES

A NON refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment. No deposit no appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from your total treatment price at the end of your appointment. If the deposit isn’t paid within 24 hours of making the booking, it will be cancelled. If you need to cancel or reschedule, this has to be done Atleast 72 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit. Anything less will result in you unfortunately loosing the deposit. This is to allow me time to try and fill the slot.

Please arrive at your exact appointment time as I don’t have a waiting area.

No +1’s unless you need a parent with you. 

Please don’t knock on the front door as I am the door to the left.

Appointments can only be held for 24hrs if deposits are not paid before then. Your appointment will be cancelled if you fail to pay the deposit within this time.

FAQ’s

parking is free anywhere down my road. In the unlikely event you can’t find anywhere to park there is a carpark next to my house but you do have to pay.
